This explains what the Discord bots Majordomo, Muster and Smuggler and this website store about you, why, and what you can do about it. We only keep what the features need. We don't sell data or show ads.

What is stored

Your Discord account, as the bots see it. Your Discord user id, and where a feature needs it your name and avatar as shown in the server. Discord user ids are how every record below is linked to you.

Muster (events). The events created in a server (name, date, time, roles and gear notes), who created each one, and which role each person signed up for.

Smuggler (loot splits). For each split you're in: who is in it, your share, whether you've posted your loot screenshot, and buyout details if the loot was bought out. The bot notes that you posted a screenshot; it doesn't keep a copy of the image. It also keeps your lifetime loot total for the leaderboard, and a history of closed splits and what each player got.

Majordomo (server management). Applications and tickets you open: your answers, links to files you attach, and each case's status, who handled it and when. Also: verification and welcome records, self-roles you've picked, energy-tracker records (your in-game name if you linked it, and energy movements), and the server's settings.

Messages. The bots read messages only where a feature needs it. For example, Smuggler looks at posts in its loot-split threads for screenshots. Text that the bots will later post, like event titles, is checked against a word filter when it's saved. Messages themselves aren't stored beyond what the feature records.

This website. When you log in with Discord, the site gets your user id, username, display name and avatar, and nothing else: not your servers, not your messages. Whether you're in the guild's own Discord server, and what you may do there, it asks of its own bots. It stores a login session (one cookie, needed to keep you logged in, for up to 30 days) and the access token Discord gives it, kept on the server. It looks up your roles in the guild's server through the bots each time, and doesn't keep them. Changes made on the site are logged with who made them.

The bots in a server of your own. If you add the bots to your server, they keep there what their features need (as described above), and that is all: how other servers use the bots isn't tracked, watched or reported, and this site shows nothing of them.

Webhooks of your own (optional). If you connect a Discord webhook of your own, for the day's craft bonus or for a guild's kills, the site keeps its address and what you chose to have posted there, until you remove it. It is used for nothing else.

Problems you report (optional). If you use "Report a problem", the site keeps what you wrote, the page and Albion server you were on, the size of your browser window and, if you're logged in, your Discord user id and name, for up to a year. Only the site's owner reads them, to fix what went wrong.

Guilds you track. If you track a guild on the killboard, the site keeps which guilds you track, until you stop tracking them.

The companion (optional). A small program you can run beside the game, linked to your login. It passes on only what the site asks for: the day's crafting bonus, the name of the character you are playing (to tell one character's listings from another's), your own market orders and the sales letters you open, your silver changing while you have sell orders up (to notice a sale as it happens; how much silver you have is never kept), your own crafting levels and how much focus you have (to work out what a craft costs you in focus), the prices and station fees you see at a market or on entering a city, how the things you craft turn out, and, for members of the guild, the guild's Siphoned Energy log. Never passwords, chat, or anything about other players. Your listings and sales, crafting levels and focus are shown to you alone; prices, fees and how crafts turned out are kept without whose they were. Unlinking the companion deletes your listings, sales, crafting levels and focus.

Who can see it

Where and for how long

The data is stored on a private server run by the bot owner. Records are kept while the bots are in your server and the feature is in use; a server's admins can reset things like loot totals. Login sessions end after 30 days, or when you log out.

Your choices

Age

The bots and the site follow Discord's minimum age. If you're too young to use Discord, don't use them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes will also be announced in the servers that use the bots.

Contact

For questions, a copy of your data, or deleting it: contact Linuusche on Discord, who makes and runs the bots and this site.
