Terms of Service
These terms cover the Discord bots Majordomo, Muster and Smuggler (together, "the bots") and this website. By using the bots in a Discord server, or logging in here, you agree to them. The bots and the site are run by their owner as a free, hobby project ("we").
Using the bots and the site
- You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules of the server you use them in.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the bots or the site, reach data that isn't yours, or use them to harass anyone.
- How the bots are set up in a server stays with that server.
Loot splits, events and other records
The bots are tools to help a guild organise itself. Loot values, splits, payouts, leaderboards and event sign-ups are only as accurate as what people enter. They are not a promise of payment. Any disagreement about loot or payouts is between the players and the guild involved; we don't settle them.
Prices and calculations
Market prices, crafting and trading sums, kill values and the like are worked out from what is known at the time, which can be incomplete or out of date. They are a help, not a promise: what you earn or lose in the game by acting on them is yours.
Availability
The bots and the site come as they are, with no guarantee that they are always available, error-free, or kept running. We can change, pause or stop any part of them at any time. We aren't liable for any loss that comes from using them, including lost in-game items or silver, to the extent the law allows.
Ending access
We can stop the bots working in a server, or end someone's access to the site, if these terms are broken. A server can remove the bots at any time, and you can stop using the site whenever you like.
Not affiliated
The bots and the site are not made by, or affiliated with, Discord or Sandbox Interactive. Albion Online is a trademark of Sandbox Interactive GmbH.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the bots or the site after a change means you accept the new version.
